Have a question, and you can't find the answer on the How To/FAQ page? Need help with a specific tutorial? Just plain 'stuck'? Well, you've come to the right place!
You can start by asking your question on the PSP Help board.
Be sure to be as specific as possible when wording your question, and we will do our best to help you.
In the future, we hope to have scheduled Live Tutor Chat Sessions. When that time comes, we will make the schedule available on this page.
Meanwhile, if you would like to request 'live' help, you may do so when posting a question on the PSP Help Board. Simply include in your post that, if someone is available to meet you in chat, you would appreciate some one-on-one assistance. If one of us is available for chat, we will gladly meet you there and assist you in any way that we can. Also, you might want to include your request for live help in the subject line of your post. For example... your subject line might look something like this...
"Question about vectors - Live Tutor"
By you including 'Live Tutor' or 'Live Help' in the subject line, we can easily recognize that you would like immediate assistance, and will respond as quickly as possible.
Once you have posted a question and requested a Live Tutor, you should immediately make yourself available in the chat room.*
That way, if someone is available to assist you, they will be able to find you quickly. If no one shows up to assist you and you have to leave, please make a note on your question thread, stating that you are no longer available for Live Help. This way, we won't be looking for you, after you've already gone.
Please understand that there may not always be someone available to assist you right away. We will do our best to be available to help you, so if no one is around when you post your question, someone will get to it as soon as possible and will let you know if they are available for Live Help at that time.
Good luck, and HAVE FUN!!
