Welcome to the Safe Tubes & Copyright Center here at A.S.o.T.S. As of late, there have been a lot of questions about what is legal and what is not. It is always better to ask than to take a chance at using something that isn't allowed to be used. That is why Twisted and Vicky promoted me... your resident Copyright Lady. I hope that together we can find safe images to use so that we don't have to worry about our hard work getting deleted because we used something that wasn't approved, or free for us to use. While every artist that hosts his or her work online requires copyright and a link to their site, there are still ALOT of resources of FREE tubes that can be used with little, or no credit at all. There are a ton of folks that create tubes and offer them to the public for internet use. There is a thin line between what is authentic and what is not. We have compiled a list of Safe Tubes that you can browse at anytime and find some really wonderful stuff. It can't be said enough that if a person doesn't say that THEY created it from an image that was solely born from their artistic talent, then chances are... it IS NOT THEIRS A Few False Tubing Methods to warn you of: -Tubing an image from a trinket or statue that bears a TM or a R or a © -Tubing a peice of someone elses art, or artwork -Tubing cartoon figures, stuffed animals with TM, R or © While you may own that item, you do not own the rights to offer it as a tube for someone else to use for either non-profit, or commercial reasons. So... when in doubt...ask! Always read the Terms of Use of a tuber, or artists work. Some do not require that you give them credit, and some do. Make sure that you sort these items so that you remember when you get ready to create something with them.
